The Cherry on Top
Nell Diamond, founder and CEO of Hill House, created this iced cherry espresso latte using the Philips Café Aromis 8000, a fully automatic espresso machine that makes elevated lattes in a cinch. The drink is topped with our tart-sweet Cherry Pie Filling, which provides a bright contrast to the earthy espresso.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs. Williams Sonoma Cherry Pie Filling, plus extra for topping
- Ice
- 3/4 cup (6 oz./180 ml) whole milk
Directions:
Spoon the pie filling into the bottom of a tall glass and stir to coat the sides of the glass. Add ice and brew a latte using the Iced Latte preset on the Philips Café Aromis 8000. Top with the milk and a small spoonful of pie filling for a jewel-toned garnish. Serve immediately. Makes 1 drink.
