Get Your Greens Ramen

Now you can slurp your ramen noodles while getting a healthy dose of greens. To make this dish your own, garnish with your favourite herbs and finish with a scattering of edamame or seaweed.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package ramen noodles with flavour packet
  • 1 cup (1 oz./30 g) frozen or fresh spinach
  • Fresh herbs of choice for serving, such as cilantro or sliced green onions
  • Edamame or seaweed for serving

Directions:

Prepare the ramen noodles according to the packaging instructions, adding 1/4 cup (2 fl. oz./60 ml) more water than called for. Immediately stir the spinach into the hot ramen until wilted and warmed through. Top with herbs and edamame. Now eat! Serves 1.
