Olivewood Round Cheese Board
- Crafted of sustainably sourced hardwood, our olivewood board is the perfect backdrop for crusty bread, fine cheese and rich charcuterie. A long handle makes transport smooth while a small hole allows for easy hanging.

- With its bold grain and richly varied colour, olivewood gives our cheese knives their eye-catching beauty. Artisans hand turn the wood and attach polished stainless-steel blades, each finely honed for impeccable service of an array of hard and soft cheeses.

- Our charcuterie picks make a distinctive addition to cocktail hours, antipasto courses and cheese tastings. Artisans sand, oil and finish the sustainably sourced olivewood, highlighting the bold, rich grain that makes each plate one of a kind.

European Cheese & Charcuterie Collection
- Prosciutto Crudo Italiano "Addobbo": One of the most flavourful, lean and healthy of Italian salume (air-cured meats, aged up to 2 years to develop its full character, then thinly sliced for appealing presentation. It's called crudo (meaning "raw" in Italian) because, like most cured ham, it is meant to be served without cooking. (3 oz.).
- Black Forest Schinken: Produced in the picturesque Black Forest region of Germany, this cured ham is seasoned with garlic, coriander, pepper, juniper berries and other spiced, then cured for four weeks. Cold smoking with pine needles, fir or juniper brush further develops its prized flavour and enticing aroma. (3 oz.).
- Salame Rustico: Regarded as the "real masterpiece of Italian charcuterie," this popular cured delicacy from Parma is crafted from coarsely ground pork to showcase its naturally sweet, savoury flavour. (3 oz.).
- Diablo: Honey-sweet, creamy and soft, this Swiss cheese is a devilish temptation. Crafted in the hilly, wild countryside of Canton St. Gallen, Switzerland from farm-fresh raw milk, the cheese has a delicate texture with notes of pimiento and apricot. (8 oz.).
- Caprino Piemontese: This approachable cheese is creamy and silky with slight herbal notes. Crafted of pasteurized goat and cow's milk with a delicate, earthy flavour and texture that melts in your mouth. (11 oz.).
Olivewood Round Cheese Board
- Hand-wash with hot, soapy water.
- Dry thoroughly.
- Do not soak or submerge board in water.
- Occasionally rub with food-safe mineral oil to keep wood from drying out.

Olivewood Charcuterie Picks
- Wipe with a warm, damp cloth before first use.
- To clean, wipe with a wet cloth.
- Dry thoroughly.
- Do not soak or submerge in water.
- To maintain the lustre of the wood, occasionally rub with food-safe mineral oil or beeswax.
- Store in a dry area away from extreme temperature changes.
- Not suitable for dishwasher, microwave or refrigerator.
European Cheese & Charcuterie Collection
- Refrigerate meat and cheese upon receipt. It's best stored in a vegetable bin or container away from the refrigerator fan. We recommend leaving it in the packaging as it comes to room temperature, to prevent oxidation, which may affect the flavour.
- Cut and set out only as much cheese and meat as you plan to serve, returning the rest to the refrigerator.
- To experience the full flavour of the cheese, serve at room temperature. For optimal flavour and texture, bring cheeses to room temperature for approximately 1 hour prior to serving.
- Serve meats at room temperature or slightly chilled for best flavour.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.
Eligible items will show "Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page.

EASY RETURNS
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

For returns of items purchased from your Williams Sonoma Gift Registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.

Stores: You can return most items to your local Williams Sonoma location. An original receipt, gift receipt or order number is required—our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.
