  • One of Chuck Williams' favourite products, our classic blend of dried herbs from the South of France adds delicious flavour to poultry, meat, sauces & soups. This traditional blend of thyme, basil, savoury, fennel & lavender that captures the flavours of sunny Provence & enlivens meat, sauces, soups & poultry. The herbs come in a reusable covered crock made of Provençal clay.
