Designed for safe searing, browning and broiling, the coating will not blister or release fumes when exposed to high temperatures.

Use

  • To prolong the life of the cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oils such as safflower, corn or refined olive oil.
  • Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil; carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.
  • Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
  • Oven and broiler safe to 600°F; lids are oven safe to 390°F.
  • Do not use metal utensils on nonstick surface. Plastic, rubber or wooden utensils are recommended to prolong the life of the pans.

Care

  • Allow pans to cool before washing.
  • Dishwasher-safe.
  • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
  • Stubborn food residue and stains on exterior can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
