Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
Preparation Instructions
- Quick bread.
- Quick bread mix (included).
- Cinnamon swirl mix (included).
- 3/4 cup milk.
- 4 Tbs. butter, melted.
- 2 eggs.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease 9" x 5" loaf pan.
In large mixing bowl, combine milk, butter and eggs until well blended. Pour quick bread mix in bowl and incorporate with rubber spatula. Do not overmix.
Pour half of batter in prepared pan and smooth to even layer. Sprinkle half of cinnamon swirl mix evenly over batter. Pour remaining batter on top and smooth to even layer. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon swirl mix evenly over top of batter. Using table knife, gently make figure 8 through cake to create swirl.
Bake approx. 50–55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of loaf comes out clean. Cool bread in pan for approx. 10 minutes. Remove pan and turn bread out onto cooling rack. Cool to room temperature.
Topping
- Cream cheese topping mix (included).
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature.
- 2–3 tsp. water.
Combine topping mix, cream cheese and water (1 tsp. at a time) until you get desired consistency. Drizzle or spread on top of cooled quick bread.

- Quick Bread Mix: Unbleached flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, buttermilk powder (buttermilk solids, whey solids), nonaluminum baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), natural vanilla, sea salt.

- Cream Cheese Topping Mix: Powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), natural vanilla, sea salt.

These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

EASY RETURNS
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
