Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• Quick bread mix (included).
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted.
• 2 eggs, room temperature.
• 1 cup (250ml) water, room temperature.

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
• In large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs and water until combined. Using rubber spatula, fold in quick bread mix until just combined – do not overmix. Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and smooth top with spatula.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean, approx. 55–60 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let quick bread cool for 15 minutes in pan on wire rack. Using parchment paper, remove quick bread from pan and serve warm or let it cool completely on rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.

• All-purpose flour (bleached [or unbleached] wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cornstarch, sugar, semisweet chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin [emulsifier], natural vanilla extract, salt), pumpkin, salt, ground cinnamon, buttermilk (cultured sweet cream churned buttermilk, sweet dairy whey, lactic acid), baking soda, nutmeg, ground ginger.

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

EASY RETURNS

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
