For arrival on or before Friday April 10th, please place your order before Sunday, March 29th, 6pm ET.

MOTHER'S DAY (SUNDAY, MAY 10th, 2020)

For arrival on or before Friday, May 8th, please place your order before Sunday, April 26th, 1pm ET.

FATHER'S DAY (SUNDAY, JUNE 21st, 2020)

For arrival on or before Friday, June 19th, please place your order before Sunday, June 7th, 6pm ET.

Note: We cannot guarantee holiday delivery for Furniture and White Glove items delivered by truck.

Delivery Information

We offer four types of delivery, determined by the products in your order. A product's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online.

Note: Multiple-product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Sometimes products may arrive separately, but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order.

If you have added personalization or monogramming, please add 4 business days for shipping. Personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned.

Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

SMALL & LARGE PARCEL

Smaller items (e.g. bed linens, cushions, tableware) will be delivered via Canada Post or Purolator courier.

Small and Large Parcel will be shipped by Purolator using either PuroPost (a joint service with Canada Post) or PuroGround. If a Canada Post package cannot be delivered, Canada Post will leave a notice for pick-up at a nearby location. If a PuroGround package cannot be delivered, you’ll also receive a notice with the option for pick-up at a local depot, or you can request re-delivery.

SMALL FURNITURE & LARGE RUGS

Small furniture and larger homeware items are delivered to your home by our home-delivery partner. This service will deliver your items into your room of choice. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a call to arrange a delivery time. Please allow up to 12-15 days from the date of order (for in-stock items) to receive this call. Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 5 days of your call for metro deliveries and up to 14 days rural areas.

Note: We are unable to hang art or install fixtures (e.g. curtain hardware), attach headboards to existing bed frames, install lighting or re-arrange furniture.

WHITE GLOVE IN-HOME DELIVERY

For White Glove Delivery items, we employ a more specialized delivery service except in select country and remote locations as designated in our Delivery Charge Tables. Your furniture may arrive pre-assembled and repackaged for safe transit. Items are carefully carried into the room of your choice, unpacked, fully assembled and all packaging is removed from your home and responsibly recycled whenever possible. Please note that we are unable to hang art or install fixtures (e.g. curtain hardware), attach headboards to existing bed frames, install lighting or other electronic equipment.

Following the placement of your order, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. Please allow up to 12-15 days from the date of order to receive this call. Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 5 days of your call for metro deliveries and up to 14 days for all other areas.

Note: We are unable to provide our White Glove Delivery service to some areas. For your location, please reference the Delivery Calculator provided in the Shipping Rates & Locations section.

For in-stock items, you will receive processing and shipping confirmation emails within 5-7 business days from order.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are determined by your delivery destination, items ordered, level of delivery service required.

Take It home Today/In-Store Pickup

Some furniture and bulkier items are stocked in our stores for immediate pick up. No delivery charges apply. To learn more, please call or visit your local store.

Back Ordered Items

Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.

Product Pricing

All prices quoted online exclude taxes, shipping and delivery charges.

International Orders

Delivery is only available within Canada at this time. Only customers with a Canadian billing address can purchase from this website. For orders outside Canada please visit williams-sonoma.com.
