    For the quick bread:

1 package quick bread mix (included).

    8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted.

    1 cup (250ml) water.

    For the caramel sauce:

    1 package caramel mix (included).

    3 Tbs. unsalted butter.

    2 Tbs. milk.

    Cinnamon sugar (included)

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray 4" x 8" (10 x 20 cm) loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    2. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave caramel mix, butter and milk together in 15-second bursts, stirring after each, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour approx. 2/3 of mixture into prepared pan.

    3. Using an electric mixer, beat quick bread mix, melted butter and water together on medium-high speed until dough starts to form a ball, approx. 2 minutes.

    4. Place cinnamon sugar in small bowl. Shape dough into 1" (2.5 cm) balls. Roll each ball in cinnamon sugar to coat.

    5. Arrange dough balls evenly in pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into centre comes out clean, 30–35 minutes. Let cool in pan 20 minutes, then turn out.

Use & Care: Store in cool, dry place.
