The Nap Dress Summer
Nell Diamond, CEO and founder of Hill House, named this iced latte after the essence of Hill House’s iconic Nap Dress®—for good reason. With the drink’s dash of rose-flavored syrup and rich oat milk, it’s luxurious yet simple and perfect for any occasion or time of day. Philips Café Aromis 8000’s precision brewing is key here, as the espresso must be full-flavored without becoming burnt and overpowering the delicate rose flavour.
Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 Tbs. Monin Rose Syrup
- 3/4 cup (6 oz./180 ml) oat milk
- Dried rose petals for garnish
Directions
In a tall ice-filled glass, add the rose syrup. Pour the milk into the LatteGo Pro cold dispenser and brew a latte using the Philips Café Aromis 8000’s Iced Latte Preset. Garnish with rose petals and serve. Makes 1 drink.
