The classic recipe gets a tangy update from zesty lemons and yuzu – a Japanese fruit with a bold, citrusy punch. Simply pat down the crust with melted butter and use an electric mixer to combine the mix with eggs, cream cheese and sour cream. Bake in an Instant Pot–friendly springform pan, then serve with a lemon drizzle on top.
