Each piece is optimized for specific methods of cooking, with thoughtful features to streamline tasks. This round Dutch oven has a wide base to make extra room for browning & braising larger cuts of meat. Use it for slow-cooking meats, poultry & vegetables or for simmering soups, stews & chili. After cooking, the exclusive piece goes beautifully from stovetop or oven to table.

    • Heavyweight cast iron absorbs, transfers & holds heat exceptionally well for uniform cooking.
    • Multicoat enameling creates a glossy, vibrantly coloured ombré exterior finish that resembles fine ceramic.
    • Textured matte-black enameled cooking surface contains traces of quartz to enhance searing & browning.
    • Patented, precisely placed chistera-shaped spikes inside the lid funnel juices onto food for basting.
